Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your LTBJ account and all associated data at any time. We offer two methods below.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account:

  1. Open the LTBJ app
  2. Tap the Profile tab
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

Your account, sign-in records, watch progress, and favourites are removed immediately, with full backend deletion completed within 30 days.

Option 2: Email request

If you can't access the app, send us a deletion request via email. Click the button below to open a pre-filled email.

Or email us directly at sam@learntobasejump.com with your account email and sign-in method (Apple or Google).

What gets deleted

  • Your account record and sign-in identifier (Apple ID or Google ID)
  • Your name and email address
  • Your video watch history and progress
  • Your favourited videos
  • Your subscription record on our backend
  • Any other personal data we hold about you

What you should do separately

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To stop billing, cancel auto-renewal directly with the store:

  • iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → LTBJ → Cancel
  • Android: Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LTBJ → Cancel

Timing

Account deletion via the app is immediate from your perspective. Backend records are permanently removed within 30 days. After this, your data cannot be recovered.
