By using the LTBJ mobile application or website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or accessing our content.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LTBJ app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

Nature of Activity

BASE jumping is inherently dangerous and involves a risk of serious injury or death.

Participation in all LTBJ activities is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the participant's own risk. Instructors provide education and guidance, but each jump is executed independently and remains the sole responsibility of the participant. All equipment must be considered experimental. Participants act as test jumpers at all times.

The LTBJ app provides access to instructional video content, course materials, and learning resources related to BASE jumping. Content is provided for educational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for in-person training with qualified instructors.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content within the LTBJ app, including videos, images, text, and branding, is the property of Learn To BASE Jump and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

• Downloading, recording, or redistributing video content
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or modify the app
• Using the app for any unlawful purpose

Course Participation

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation terms apply as communicated at the time of booking. Course participation requires physical and mental readiness, discipline, and personal accountability. LTBJ reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation at any time if safety standards are not met.

Limitation of Liability

LTBJ, its instructors, and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in activities, use of the app, or reliance on content provided. The app and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
