BASE jumping is inherently dangerous and involves a risk of serious injury or death.

Participation in all LTBJ activities is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the participant's own risk. Instructors provide education and guidance, but each jump is executed independently and remains the sole responsibility of the participant.

All equipment must be considered experimental. Participants act as test jumpers at all times.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation terms apply. Course participation requires physical and mental readiness, discipline, and personal accountability.
